“How do I stay afloat in this tossing ocean that is life?”
His life, on paper, should appear ordinary. However, after being diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in 2021, author Levi Santha began to reflect on his past experiences of growing up amidst the confusions of constant over-analyzing, attachments to bitter memories, and increasing self-doubts of his own identity.
Despite having access to nearby mental health supports, it took years (and influence from others) to finally come to terms with his anxiety-induced trauma. This collection of stories can be interpreted as his healing process in action.

Inuvik. YaYa Lakes. Tuk. Aklavik.
If you have ever lived in any of the places mentioned above, then you know a life that few ever get to experience. Randy Day moved to Inuvik, NWT in the mid 1970s and began a series of adventures one can only experience living life in the far north.
Let Randy transport you to life in the north as he recalls many of those adventures with honesty, humility, and humour. He outlines the many challenges and triumphs of living in the Arctic from a harrowing escape on melting ice highway, to being stranded for days in the muskeg hoping for a plane rescue, to surviving the long dark winters and celebrating the return of daylight in the spring. He also beautifully captures the joy and necessity of community, friendship, and generosity of spirit, without which, no one survives the North.

No matter what road you’re on, you’re exactly where you are supposed to be.
In 1999, Norman D. Levy found himself at a crossroads. Life as he knew it was crumbling around him. His business was failing; his marriage dissolving. He was faced with a choice. Either run from his troubles (all the way to California from New York) or stay and trust in Hashem.
He chose to stay.
Leaning deeply into his faith and with the conviction that, more than anything else, he needed to be there for his children, Norman weathered the rocky roads that eventually led him into the light. Through prayer and resilience, he found his way to a better place, a happier life, surrounded by people he loves.
Through the course of his life transformation, Norman wrote about his experiences and has compiled those writings in a series of letters to his children, imparting his advice on how to weather the storms, navigate the rough roads, and take moments to enjoy the path when it is clear.
In 7 Highways of the Soul, we are shown that no matter what road you are on, if you invite Hashem to guide you, you will never be lost…only blessed.
